Ohashi (大橋) — “Large Bridge”

We build the bridge to AI equity. One win at a time.

Ohashi helps GTM teams answer the AI mandate with proof, not promises: we advise on the strategy, design the architecture, and lead the build of agentic systems your team owns and runs, more valuable with every use.

The right tools inside an architecture you control. No stop-gap hires. And a team excited about what AI makes possible, instead of exhausted by another mandate to adopt it.

The Problem

AI Pressure Is Burning Teams Out

The board wants AI on the bottom line. Getting there takes intention, skill, and architecture, but most teams are given a mandate instead: passed down without new budget, and quietly delegated to whoever seems most interested. That isn’t a strategy. It’s a countdown, and it creates three problems.

The Evolution Tax

Your team is running the go-to-market machine and rebuilding it at the same time. They're expected to learn the tools, redesign their workflows, and prove the ROI, all while hitting this quarter's number. Something gives, and it's usually both.

Assistant Sprawl

AI is being adopted one chat window at a time. Each person builds their own workflows, borrows half-stale versions from teammates, and leans on their own prompt skills for quality. It feels like progress because the work is moving, but nobody can tell whether it's adding value or just adding motion. That isn't capability. It's workflow debt.

Speed Costing Brand Equity

Ad hoc AI makes your team faster, but with no defined standard, every output rests on whoever wrote the prompt. And left to their defaults, these models pull everyone toward the same voice, the same structure, the same safe middle. Your brand equity is everything that makes you recognizable and worth choosing, built over years of sounding like no one else. Every generic draft that ships spends a little of it.

Where This Ends

The mandate goes unmet, the burnout gets worse, and marketing’s credibility on AI is spent before anything real ships. What you need is a plan you can put in front of leadership, one that buys your team room to work and produces proof of AI impact. That’s what we build.

The Solution

Own, don’t rent the Architecture

Ohashi builds agentic systems your team owns and controls, designed around how your team actually works. This isn’t generic AI implementation. It’s your operation, synthesized into a bespoke architecture that scales with your organization, and everything we build belongs to you: the agents, the orchestration, the accumulated context. Every interaction makes the system smarter, and everything it learns stays yours.

Speed vs. equityQuality depends on hope and heroic review. Brand equity gets spent to hit volume.Your standards are encoded and enforced by the system. Quality compounds instead of eroding.

Every engagement starts with an assessment that maps where AI will pay back fastest in your operation. The architecture gets built in that order: proof first, then expansion, until it’s the foundation your go-to-market runs on.

How We Work

Designed to Meet You Where You’re At

Whether you’re just starting to define an AI strategy or ready to build, the engagement matches your company’s maturity and your team’s stage.

AI Architecture & Implementation

We design the agentic architecture and lead the build: agents, orchestration, data flows, and encoded standards, working alongside your team. It's a substantial project with room to grow, and we stay on to guide the system's evolution as your needs and the AI landscape change. Teams that want a slower ramp can have us operate alongside them early, with a defined path to full ownership.

Fractional CMO

For organizations that need transformational leadership. Full marketing leadership, with the AI overhaul woven into the broader work of changing how your team operates and what it can accomplish.

Advisory

Experienced marketing and GTM leadership for the AI era, whether or not you're implementing anything yet. A senior sounding board for the strategy calls, the architecture decisions, and the questions that are expensive to get wrong. Your team drives. We make sure it's pointed the right way.

AI Doesn’t Respect Functional Lines. Neither Did I.

Brandon Young
Brandon YoungFounder, OhashiBased in Boston. Working with GTM teams across the globe.

Agentic systems don’t stop where marketing ends. They cut across sales handoffs, ops workflows, data pipelines, and product feedback loops, and they inherit every broken boundary they touch. Designing them takes someone who has actually run those functions, not just presented to them.

I’m Brandon Young, founder of Ohashi. For nearly three decades I’ve built, scaled, and advised marketing, sales, operations, and R&D teams inside high-growth, high-performance companies: from 50 employees to 5,500, from $20M in revenue to over $1B, across healthcare, retail, manufacturing, fintech, construction tech, revenue tech, and the nonprofit world.

The same bind showed up in every seat. GTM teams have to serve the long term and the short term at once, with almost no room for error. And that’s the trap, because error is how teams actually learn. The ones that adapt and thrive are the ones that can afford to be wrong, recover fast, and bank the lesson. Most teams never get that room.

AI changes the math. Teams can now iterate faster than the clock counts down, and being wrong gets cheaper by the quarter. But speed only compounds into advantage if the learning lands somewhere: a centralized machinery that captures what worked, remembers what didn’t, and creates the space for strategic bets that build reliability over time. That became the specialty: GTM strategy design, operational systems, and the change management that makes them stick.

I’ve worked both sides of the table: as an operator owning the full funnel in B2B and B2C, and as an advisor and consultant to CEOs and GTM leaders. I’ve been working with AI since 2018, long before the mandate had a name, and I’ve taught GTM strategy, planning, and operations to thousands of executives through professional networks and educational institutions. The systems hold up when other operators run them.

Ohashi exists to build that machinery.
